SUITE 1
(38 m²) - Superior suite, situated on the lower level, in a very quiet part of the house and no adjoining guest rooms, with its own wide private sun deck of 14 m², from which to enjoy view of the garden, amazing sunrises, balmy evenings and breath-taking views of the ocean. It comprises of a spacious luxuriously appointed room with American shutters framing an extra length, King Size bed (or alternatively twin beds) and a beautiful full bathroom with double wash basin, corner bath and a large shower. It is a perfect room for honeymooners and discerning executive corporate travellers.
ROOM 2
(22.5 m²) – Standard room with ocean views, situated on the lower ground floor with its own private deck of 6 m². Pleasantly light, it comprises of a bedroom decorated in neutral tones and a spacious ocean view bathroom. The extra length bed can be either twin or extra-large King and has anti-allergenic duvet and pillows. The room opens onto a private patio, to enjoy fresh air, sounds of birds in the garden or the nearby tree tops and breath-taking ocean views.
ROOM 3
(20.5 m²) – Standard room for up to 2 guests, situated on the lower ground floor, with an open plan shower concept and a separate toilet for privacy. Decorated in elegant muted tones and appointed with all the quality fixtures and an extra length King Size bed, which can be converted to twins. The room has a French door opening to a small deck of 2 m² overlooking the garden and offering amazing views of the ocean and all the sounds that go with it. You can glimpse outdoors even when you are in the shower.
ROOM 4
(19.5 m²) – Standard room, on the lower ground floor, cocooned in the middle of the house, offering our smallest but to the same standards appointed room and a light en-suite bathroom with ocean views. The Extra- length King Size bed can be divided into twins. With an adjoining private 6 m² deck for extra space and great ocean and pool views it is a very popular room. Imagine watching monkeys at play and listening to the ocean from the comfort of your bed... this homely room has an atmosphere of its own.
ROOM 5
(23 m²) – Luxury room with partial ocean views, tucked away on the N/E side of the lower level of the three-tiered house with its own 25 m² courtyard, from which to enjoy amazing sunrises, balmy evenings, pool and direct ocean views. A well considered and beautiful room with the added convenience of a private entrance and a quick access to the parking and the new pool deck. It has a roomy ocean view shower, a large desk, an easy chair and an extra-length King Size bed that can be converted into two single beds.
ROOM 6
(23 m²) – Luxury room situated on the ground floor with stunning ocean views, abundant natural light and a spacious luxury bathroom. You will be sleeping in a luxuriously comfortable extra-length King Size bed fitted with 100% cotton percale bed linen; pull back the block out curtains and you would be waking up to amazing sunrises or counting ships at any time of day from the comfort of your bed. The only room without a private balcony but it is exemplary of the new trend in the hospitality design, elegantly appointed and peaceful, with a large floor to ceiling window flooding the room with natural light.
ROOM 7
(28.5 m²) – Spacious ocean facing luxury room situated on the ground floor and comprising of a combined bedroom and sitting area and its own ocean view deck of 7,5 m². Wonderfully roomy and light it is appointed with an extra-length queen bed and a very large desk space, fitted with multiple plug points. The luxury en-suite bathroom has a shower only but a large mirror and ample counter space for you needs. Sliding door leads to a large sunny decked balcony where you can unwind and look out all the way to Durban harbour or enjoy balmy evenings and breath-taking panoramic ocean views in the privacy when you need it. This room is a favourite for corporate travellers on the go in the morning and needing an uncluttered, inspired space to relax or work once back home.
